At Mayfair Reborns, we are dedicated to providing premium full silicone baby dolls that bring joy to your life. We want you to be completely delighted with your new baby doll. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Order Cancellation
We understand that plans can change.
1.1. Before Shipping: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us or send email to info@mayreborns.com within 1 hour of placing the order or before the shipping confirmation is sent. We will process a full refund immediately.
1.2. After Shipping: Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You will need to follow our Return Process after receiving the package.
2. 30-Day Return Guarantee
We offer a 30-day return window starting from the date you receive your item. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
3. Return Conditions & Eligibility
Full silicone dolls are delicate works of art. To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following strict criteria:
3.1. Original Condition: The doll must be in the exact condition you received it. It must be clean, unaltered, and free of any damage (no cuts, no added makeup/powder, no perfume scents).
3.2. Complete Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging/box.
3.3. Accessories: All included accessories (e.g., clothes, pacifiers, bottles, birth certificates, gifts) must be returned together.
3.4. Hygiene: Due to the nature of silicone material, we cannot accept returns on dolls that have been bathed, powdered by the customer, or modified in any way.
4. Shipping Costs
4.1. Defective or Wrong Item: If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a damaged doll or the wrong specifiction), Mayfair will cover the return shipping costs.
4.2. Change of Mind: If the return is due to personal preference (e.g., "I don't like the size/weight/style"), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
5. How to Initiate a Return
Please do not send your purchase back to the sender address on the package. Doing so may result in the loss of your package.
5.1. Contact Us: Email our support team at info@mayreborns.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return. If the item is defective, please attach clear photos/videos.
5.2. Approval: Our team will review your request within 24 hours. Once approved, we will provide you with the correct Return Warehouse Address.
5.3. Pack & Ship: Pack the doll securely in its original box to prevent damage during transit.
5.4. Tracking: You must provide us with a valid tracking number after shipping the return. We are not liable for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 2 business days of receipt), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
6.1. Approved: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
6.2. Timeline:
- PayPal: 3-5 business days.
- Credit Cards: 5-10 business days (depending on your bank).
7. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your doll for a different model, the fastest way is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Direct exchanges are processed within 48 hours of receiving your returned item.
